Marco del Gatto

StudioDelGatto is run by Marco del Gatto.

He has previously worked as software development manager in Telecom Italia from 1994 to 1998, web development director in Matrix Communication from 1998 to 2000, CEO and CTO in Extra.it from 2001 to 2004.

He has designed and developed hundreds of websites and web applications, becoming a recognized expert in this field.

He has worked for customer like UniCredit Bank, Barilla, Canon, HP, Vogue, Yoox, Rai Cinema, Pirelli, Italian Stock Exchange, CartaSì Bank, laFeltrinelli Bookstore, Italia1 Broadcasting, Piccolo Theatre of Milan, Swatch, Hamilton Watches and many more.

He co-worked with the W3C Consortium in a project for the adoption of the XML standard in the ERP system of the Italian Government.

He’s a teacher in seminar and courses mostly on the design of complex software architectures in distributed network environment; he’s a speaker for Microsoft in public conference.
